Ramon Tremosa fa una carta a tots els diputats i assistents del Parlament Europeu explicant la decisió del Tribunal Constitucional
L'eurodiputat de CiU segueix explicant el procés català a Brussel·les

Dear colleagues, Yesterday, as widely expected, the Spanish Constitutional Court sentenced that the Declaration of Sovereignty approved by the Catalan Parliament on January 23th 2013 is illegal, even though it had the support of 2/3 of the democratically elected chamber. Spain's Constitutional Court ruled that "Catalonia is not a political subject". And, therefore, cannot decide about its’ own future. Taking into account that there is an important interlink between Constitutional Court judges and the main Spanish political parties (its president was a member of Rajoy's PP until two years ago). This is appalling news as it shows that the Spanish Government does not want to negotiate an agreed referendum on the future of Catalonia like the UK government has done with Scotland.
